Title:
  Evolution cannot be started with defined subject and/or message body
  from command line anymore

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

  I use a script to generate e-mails with a preset subject and message
  body in Evolution. Since updating to Ubuntu 10.10 it does not work
  anymore:

  evolution mailto:${RECIPENTS}?subject=${SUBJECT}\&body="${TEXT}";

  No new message window is opened, no error message is displayed. The command is just ignored.
  If I use only a simple mailto: argument, it works as expected:

  evolution mailto:${RECIPENTS}

  A new message window opens with the correct mail addresses in the
  send-to field.

  It seems to me like the command line arguments are not processed
  correctly.
