[Bug 883823] Re: Russian timezone incorrect

 

What is version of "tzdata" package on your system? You can check it, for example, using "apt-cache policy tzdata" command.
Russian timezone was updated in tzdata 2011-j (see bug 802778 for details).

Bug description:
  There is an error in russian timezone.
  UTC +3 is incorrect Moscow time.
  Correct is UTC+4 since 27 march 2011 (because in Russia is always daylight saving time now).
