  window does not scale up and is not resizable

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The window for the system settings give an incomplete view when bigger
  fonts are used. Furthermore this window cannot be enlarged. This
  causes a weird view on big monitors. See screenshot.
