Which screensaver are you using?
I'm setting this as gnome-screensaver, please indicate if that's not the

Bug description:
When my laptop lock screen, i need to input password to login.
My password is in english, f.e. "house"
but if the keyboard leyout is set to Russian, so i type "house" -> (but get) "рщгыу" it still logs me in.
