[Bug 835969] Re: Nautilus samba share libreoffice "save as" fails

apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected

** Description changed:

When I mount a samba share through nautilus, I can't "Save as" files from Libreoffice/Openoffice into it. This is a well-known problem and can be solved by adding the "nobrl" mount option. But nautilus does not do this by default and there is no way to tell nautilus to do it.
I am aware that I can circumvent the problem by using an /etc/fstab entry, but I would like Ubuntu to be more user-friendly by default.
