Bug description:
  I tried to install 4 .debs with 3.6 out of 3.9gb ram used (and 9gb
  swap available) - turned out to be a big mistake, the software centre
  killed the computer for the next 10 mins and I couldn't even login via
  tty1. I tried to close it early on but it instead crashed and kept
  'loading'.
