thank you for your bug report, could you run "udisks --monitor" and
"gvfs-mount -o" and put the disc in (when having the issue) and copy the
logs there?

CD/DVD Burner Won't Mount Discs

Bug description:
Hello all, I am having a problem with one of my burners since I
upgraded to 10.04 from 11.10, it's a lite-on DH20A4P-04. It'll mount
the disc at startup and for an unknown amount of time after startup.
But at some point, I can put a disc in and nothing happens, the light
will come on and go out, but that's about it. The one directly below
it, a lite-on LH-20A1S-12 works fine, I just don't remember having
this problem before. Just wondering if it's something I need to file a
bug report on, thanks for any advice.
