  Battery icon when full is displayed with a red icon

Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Could you please change the icon of the batter level that is displayed
  on the top panel in the classic desktop. It displays an icon that is
  'RED' in color when the battery is full. I think it would be better to
  change this to green as it causes less of a panic :P

  Using ubuntu 11.10

  $ uname -a
