Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evince

  Evince the pdf viewer is not displaying images with text consistently when viewing pdf files. 
  I am using Ubuntu 10.10- the Maverick Meerkat and Evince Document Viewer 2.32.0. I recently upgraded Ubuntu from 10.6 and evince was working fine before.
