Title:
Ad-hoc network appears to be created but isnt.
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
When creating an ad-hoc wireless network from the "create new wireless
network" network-manage applet, it appears to work and shows as being
connected as well as showing in the connections page but no device i
have tested can see the network.
I have tested with an Android phone that has connected to an ad-hoc
created by Windows and with a Windows PC. Neither can see the network.
