  I can't enable wireless connection

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  If I turn off my wifi connexion in the network menu in my Asus Eee PC 1000H and I restart my computer, I can't turn on it any more.
  The wifi card is turned off in bios and when I restart, Ubuntu 11.10 doesn't recognize it.
