[Bug 253546] Re: Use intuitive popup scrollbars
I'd call this a bug. The visible-on-mouseover scrollbars introduced in
11.04 are slow, are unreliable, and are a usability/accessibility
nightmare. The old-style scrollbars at least worked.
Suggested fix: open the software center and disable the new-style
scrollbars.

Bug description:
This would just give Ubuntu more edge and make it even more intuitive.
Although for people used to the old style scrollbar it may be
intimidating at first glance, within a couple of clicks, it would
immedately become another reason to get hooked on Ubuntu :)
