I can't confirm there, is it only nautilus freezing? Does it happen
every time?

  Ubuntu Precise 64bits

  How to reproduce this bug :
  -Open Nautilus with two tabs
  -Drag a file using the middle button
  -Drop the file on the other tab and ask to link the file

  Nautilus freezes.
