the issue is deprecated in recent versions (the code got rewritten),
closing the bug, if you get similar issues better to open a new bug

Bug description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
When we tried to connect to a FTP Windows Server it did not list
directory, when we reasearch about it, we found the problem is a
passive mode is on when we tried the connection, but we do not find
how we can to choose in order to change to passive mode off. Plz if
you solve this problem, communicate with us, beacuse in this moment we
need to use a gFtp or another client, and we love nautilus.
