Bug description:

  Hi,

  I use maverick.

  When more than one user is logged in, shutdown (clicking on "shut
  down” in the session applet) seems not work correctly. Instead of
  shutting down the system (and ask for root password, because more than
  one user is currently logged in), the active user is logging out.
