  Cannot use software center apps dont install

  Binary package hint: software-center

  E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
  E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
   software center wont install anything, you can click install and it will say it is installing but nothing happens.
