  gcalctool crashed when I tried to change the currency type in
  financial mode

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gcalctool

  1. I opened the Calculator app from the Applications - Accessories menu.
  2. The calculator was in Basic mode. I entered using the mouse pointer on number pad 109/100*19 
  3. I clicked the = key. The answer of 20.71 was displayed.
  4. I selected from the menu 'Mode-Financial'
  5. I clicked on the drop-down box with 'Australian Dollars' in it, intending to search the list of currencies available.
  6. I expected to have a list displayed, but the calculator app disappeared from the screen and the crash report application appeared.
