1).is this reproduce able?
2).if so than define specific steps to reproduce it?
also attach a vedio if possible?

Bug description:
Since a couple of updates ago, when I start empathy using the
messaging indicator, the empathy window appears for a second on my
screen and then disappears. I need to click on the message indicator
again to display the window.
This is a bad user experience.
