Confirmed, but probably should be "won't fix"
There is no enabled support in Rb to retrieve art or cdinfo

Bug description:
Fetching album art from the internet doesn't work. But art from the
directory works. Then first track (after running rhythmbox) is playing
album art not work, but when switch to the next - work (see
screenshot).
