Title:
gnome-power-statistics shows bogus "Energy when full" value

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
gnome-power-statistics sometimes gets the wrong value for Energy when
full, causing the battery indicator to show nearly empty when it's
  nowhere near empty.

  For example:

  slice 14:29:01 ~$ cat /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/energy_full
  67410000
  slice 14:31:52 ~$ cat /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/energy_full_design
  67000000
  slice 14:31:57 ~$ cat /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/energy_now
  28310000

Meanwhile, gnome-power-statistics is correctly showing Energy (design)
as 67.0Wh, but Energy when full as 633.7Wh, roughly a factor of 10 too
high. Interestingly, although it then calculates that the battery has
about 6.1% left, it still shows the time remaining correctly (about 2
  hours).
