Title:
Deja-Dup does not display errors on SSH key validation/login failure
Status in “deja-dup” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
1) Set up deja-dup to backup to an SSH location.
2) Set up SSH for that location to use RSA key authentication.
3) Don't actually put the right public key on the backup location.
4) Upon login, deja-dup will start up and put is icon in the launch bar, and wiggle the icon to indicate that there's an issue. However, clicking on the icon does nothing. The only way to get rid of the icon is to right-click and 'Quit'.
