Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

Sometimes when I try to download something from the Ubuntu software center it just says "Applying Settings" or "Downloading" and it actually does not get installed and when I click Cancel to cancel the download or Install . It just says "Cancelling" and it never ever finishes until I restart my PC.
