[Bug 861710] Re: [regression] smspillaz fails to sleep at proper hours, despite solar status
It's possible this bug may be automatically resolved by the time 12.04
is released. The solar status should reach a threshold that causes a
steady feedback loop to avoid the symptoms described in the bug
description...

Steps to reproduce
1) Open IRC at New York high noon
2) Observe logged in users
Expected results:
A distinct lack of Sams.
Actual results:
Sams everywhere!
