Bug description:
Under certain circumstances (ie, when there are third party extensions
installed in /usr/share/mozilla/extensions, or any extensions
installed in the users profile), our bundled extensions (globalmenu +
ubufox) and language packs are disabled automatically on upgrade to
Firefox 8
