Bug description:
A newly added Printer doesn't get reflected in LibreOffice printers
list.
Steps to reproduce this bug:
* Open a LibreOffice document for printing.
* Add a new printer from system-config-printer.
* Open LibreOffice printing dialog box. (Ctrl+P)
* The newly added Printer is not in the list of installed printers.
Workaround:
* Close and reopen the LibreOffice file.
