  item order in evolution menu bar sometimes wrong

Bug description:
  How to reproduce:

  - start evolution
  - click on 'Contacts'
  - go to the top of the screen to expose the menu bar

  Every time I try this for the first time after opening evolution,
  items in the menu bar are in the wrong order, see screenshot.
