[Bug 894085] Re: Firefox 9* spell checking is enabled but no language is slected

As seen on fresh 11/26 daily install

** Description changed:

- On a fresh install of daily from 11/22 the included FF no longer does any spell checking. toogling the setting off/on has no effect.
- Reverting to the last ff 8 in precise (firefox_8.0+build1-0ubuntu1) returns the spell check function

+ Open FF, go to a page you can type in 
+ Type a word, mis-spell it, No spell correction  is done
