[Bug 876214] Re: Pressing right on the last item of a line doesn't take you to the next line
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 855862 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/855862
The problem is about when you move to the end(left/right/top/bottom) of
the window with the arrow keys. When moving right at the right side in
icon view it used jump to the next row, now it don't. And in Compact
view it worked similarly but in columns.
But I don't think it's a real bug but something that is changed. But it
was better before. It was easier/faster to navigate, now it is similar
to Windows filemanager. I think you are going to miss this function very
much when you got used to it. It meant that you could keep pressing a
arrow key and move through all the files, very intuitive.

Title:
Pressing right on the last item of a line doesn't take you to the next
line
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
OS: Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric stable
Application: Nautilus 3.2.0
One expects to be able to navigate through the icon view of Nautilus
by pressing right from the first item to the last. However, when you
reach the last item on a line, and press right, the first item on the
next line does not get selected.
