  64-bit does not use 4GB RAM instead uses 2GB

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10 does not use my full system RAM. Uses only half, The
  other is left unusable.I have Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit so that i can get
  the best of my PC, but it does not utilize this whole memory..
