Thank you for your bug report but that binary is in a private directory
for a reason, it's a system service and not meant to be run by hand by
users

  'man gnome-fallback-settings-helper' does not exist.
  I expect to be able to read 'man gnome-fallback-settings-helper' to use the program gnome-fallback-settings-helper intelligently, particularly in case of malfunctioning.
