[Bug 756734] Re: No remote calendars/contacts works in Evolution

I got the same problem after a clean install of 11.10 and then importing
Evolution's settings. Right-clicking and choosing properties on the
Gmail contacts account I deleted the '@gmail.com' part of my user name
and clicked apply. Upon restarting Evolution I was prompted for my
password and now it works.

Title:
No remote calendars/contacts works in Evolution

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

No remote (Google/CalDav) calendars and remote contacts works in
Evolution. When clicking on Google Calendar or a CalDav calendar
nothing happens except for Evolution hanging for a while. All
calendars are blank and I'm not able to add any events to any calendar
not even to the local calendar. Calendars worked until yesterday
(April 9). There's no drop down calendar in the notification area
  either.
