Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In my laptop Toshiba Satellite PRO A-60, when I am pushing the
  shutdown button, the dialog with action open ...

  But, if I click in the "Cancel" button, this dialog open a second
  time.

  The third time, it's OK.
