  Brasero did not write dvd due to faulty power supply

Bug description:
  Summary: Due to a faulty power supply the DVD were spinning too
  slowly. Brasero worked fine when the power supply was fixed. Brasero
  could alert the user if the hardware doesn't seem to work, and I've
  filed a bug upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=535926
