[Bug 865490] Re: nautilus-sendto crashed with SIGSEGV in _start()

 

The code does:

g_app_info_get_default_for_uri_scheme ("mailto");
g_strdup (g_app_info_get_executable (app)
strstr (mail_cmd, "balsa")

so somewhat it doesn't find a mailto handler, what email client do you
use? did you uninstall the default one?


Chris, you won that bug, the code is from use-gio-for-default-mailer.patch and not protected against NULL return from g_app_info functions, which is happening in those cases ;-)
