  Document Viewer 3.2.0 not loading Romanian Language

Bug description:
  I see the same problem with the Libre Office. This would stop almost all of my tries to convert somebody to start using Ubuntu.
  In windows when it does not recognized a word it puts a square instead of the word. Were it`s just gone.
