  Cannot connect to android 2.2 hotspot via wi-fi

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Ever since I updated to 11.04 I am not able to connect to my phones
  wi-fi hotspot anymore. This worked ok before, but stopped with the
  upgrade. Still works with older Ubuntu installations and other
  systems, so it's not the phone.
