[Bug 897850] Re: LibreOffice Writer does not show titlebar or window controls when maximized
I am able to partly reproduce this bug on one machine, but not on
another.
Now it does show the titlebar and window controls as it should, but the
menu bar is still below.

menu bar or window control in the top panel. The menu is shown at a
