[Bug 900887] Re: Nautilus and Empathy do not work with Unity 4.24

 

Indeed, this is known and will be addressed when libunity will enter the
archives (because of the ABI break, every rdepends need to be rebuilt).

On the compiz configuration being lost, can you please try to reproduce
it? We need clear steps to see how the configuration can be reset.

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin
  Unity 4.24 (PPA https://launchpad.net/~unity-team/+archive/staging)
  nautilus: error while loading shared libraries: libunity.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
  Same error for Empathy.

  libunity6 is installed (no package removed by the upgrade from 4.22 to 4.24, every packages are up to date)
  (Compiz configuration had been reset after having upgraded Unity, only Wobbling Windows had been changed after (activated))
