                    Paper
  the actual print dialog has the following tabs
                  General
                  Page Setup
                  Job
                  Image Quality
                  Advanced
  The help says
                 Select one of the following options to determine how many pages to print:
                 All
                 Pages From
  The actual print dialog has:
                Print Pages
                    All
                    Current
                    Range  (with a blank 1 line window)
  but it's difficult to guess what is the syntax for the range
