Title:
software-center crashed with IOError in write()

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

I got this error after closing the software-center. It seems that the
ownership of ~/.config/software-center changed to root, so I don't
  have permissions to write.
