Title:
There are no default settings for Ethiopia's Ethio Telecom when adding
  a mobile broadband connection

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hello.

Setting up a 3G CDMA/EVDO connection has become very simple in Ubuntu
especially when using a Huawei modem. This is the most popular type of
  USB modem in Ethiopia.

However, when the New Mobile Broadband Connection wizard starts, there
are no options for Ethiopia (under country) or Ethio Telecom (the only
  ISP in Ethiopia).

It should be a simple matter to add these and it would make things
that much simpler for users in Ethiopia.

  Here is the necessary information:

  Name of country: Ethiopia
ISP: There is only one - Ethio Telecom
  Settings: Number to dial: #777
                   username: etc
                   password: etc

These are standard settings that apply to all EVDO/CDMA modems used in
  Ethiopia.

Thank you and please let me know if more information is needed.
