[Bug 901113] [NEW] "Home Folder" launcher should have a "Open in new window" option on right click

There's currently no option to open another folder from the "Home
Folder" launcher when a folder browser is already open. Adding an "Open
in new window" option in the QuickList (like in gnome-shell) should
solve this.
