[Bug 807602] Re: Open Containing Folder doesn't work

I have a workaround although I'm not 100% it is kosher. apply this patch
to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.evince:

$ patch -u usr.bin.evince <<JESSE
@@ -34,6 +34,7 @@
   /usr/bin/evince-previewer Px,
   /usr/bin/yelp Ux,
   /usr/bin/bug-buddy px,
+  /usr/bin/nautilus Pix,

   # allow directory listings (ie 'r' on directories) so browsing via the file
   # dialog works
JESSE

and then
$ sudo service apparmor reload
that should work.

Title:
  Open Containing Folder doesn't work

Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  [53189.196377] type=1400 audit(1310140494.916:27): apparmor="DENIED"
  operation="exec" parent=24816 profile="/usr/bin/evince"
  name="/usr/bin/nautilus" pid=24817 comm="evince" requested_mask="x"
  denied_mask="x" fsuid=1000 ouid=0

  I right clicked a PDF shown in Evince and selected "Open containing
  folder" from the context menu. It didn't work. I wouldn't have
  expected that menu option if it doesn't work.
