[Bug 849713] [NEW] Login screen and Universal Access problem

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

After starting the login screen when a password is required for login, I
have chosen the option of Universal Access. Then open a new window
(Universal Access) in the middle of the screen. First I check-in first
option (Use on-screen keyboard), then there is a new window on the top
left of the screen, which I covered previously open window (Universal
Access). Then I moved the window (Universal Access) to the right
(visible) part of the screen, and check-in option Use screen magnifier,
after which the entire right half of the screen become black and
completely covered the window (Universal Access). More can never access
controls in a hidden window, and I wanted to turn off this option, which
I turned back and all the original state. In vain I tried to find a
hidden window and return it to the left (visible) side of the screen. I
rebooted the computer hoping that everything will be as before, but no,
right half of the screen was still black with the options checked in the
Universal Acces. After many failed attempts, I succeeded again (blindly)
to open the window and check-out options that were checked, so I
returned everything to default. I propose the following solution to this
problem. Restrict moving window (Universal Access) on the right half of
the screen (which is scheduled for screen magnifier). The problem occurs
in Ubuntu versions 10.04.3 LTS, 10.10 and 11.04. To me, I would classify
this problem in a more serious category.

Sorry if I made a mistake somewhere in spelling, because I do not know
English well.
