  suspends regardess of changing setting in gnome control panel

Bug description:
  As per my comments in Bug #860485 (marked as fixed), gnome-settings-
  daemon continues to suspend after 15 minutes or so and ignores my
  settings.  E.g., it suspends even if I have the option set as not to
  suspend.

  I have all the current updates.
