Bug description:
  When locking the screen, the launcher and global menu remain visible
  both when the unlock dialog is up, and when it's not.

  I am running the proprietary ATI graphics drivers, version 11.8. I am
  also running multiple monitors in the "Multi-display" desktop
  configuration.
