libpst needs to be promoted to main before evolution can be built to use
it, which is required for the pst import plugin.

  Low-risk, re-enable a missing feature from natty (regression).

  Select File -> Import... -> Single file; then choose a PST file; Continue. You should be able to import a PST file coming from Outlook.

  The Evolution PST import plugin was available in Natty (11.04).  I
  upgraded to Oneiric (11.10) and the PST import plugin has disappeared
  from evolution.  The documentation for the evolution plugins package
  says that PST import is one of the available plugins.  This may be a
  regression of
