  empathy-chat crashed with SIGSEGV

Bug description:
  This crash happens when I'm in a XMPP MUC/chatroom. I assume it
  happens when a new person joins the chatroom as I can enter the room
  and write messages without any problems before the crash happens. This
  happened multiple times already.
