Message #57018
[Bug 901874] Re: Cannot rename file names after hitting f2.
Thanks for drilling this down. It surprises me that the installation of jdownloader makes a difference -- or does the problem only occur when it is running?
Either way, jdownloader is not an official Ubuntu package and because of this the Ubuntu project can not fix your particular bug. Please report this bug to the provider of the software package. Thanks!

Title:
Cannot rename file names after hitting f2.
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
After hitting f2 to rename a file, i cannot move the cursor with the arrows or even start typing letters.
The root name remains selected until i click on another file.
I have to log out and log in again to be able to edit file names. But this works only once. After renaming one file,
renaming another one is again impossible.
