The toolbar in the contacts list window. What do you not understand

Title:
Empathy toolbar is empty
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Just upgraded to Oneiric, and am trying to use Empathy instead of
Pidgin, however it presents several issues. One is that there is a
plainly visible toolbar area, which contains no items. The toolbar
should probably just be hidden, as there is no need for it.
